What information do you have prior to creating the portfolio?
π¬Do you/do you want to have a list of assets existing in TermSheet Properties before you create the portfolio?
β If you have a list of known assets that you are targeting, they can be uploaded into TermSheet via Imports in bulk.
β Once the Properties have been added to the workspace, they can be added to a portfolio as child deals.
π«Do you/do you want to enter assets to TermSheet after you create a portfolio?
β If you want to create a Portfolio in TermSheet and then add child deals later, start by adding a deal using the "Enter Details" option.
Step 1 is to create a deal with a deal name.
β Next, convert the deal to a portfolio. Once converted the + icon in the Locations panel can be used to add child deals to the portfolio.
