Tasks in TermSheet are action items that can contain descriptions, checklists, related files, and contacts. Add assignees, due dates, and comments to collaborate in real-time. Create Task Templates for routine workflows to help save time and standardize processes.
Deal Tasks
Admin, Standard, and Limited Roles have access to the Deal Tasks tab granting access to public deal task lists by default. Users may also have access to private task lists if they have been specifically added.
The permission "Deal Tasks" controls this action. 
Admin Roles have access to private deal task lists by default.
The permission "Private Deal Tasks" controls this action. 
💡Things to Consider:
Global Task lists and Deal Task lists can be public or private. Task List privacy can be adjusted in task settings. 
Global Task Lists and Deal Level Task Lists can be displayed in a few different ways:
List View - View the Tasks in a List by default.
Gantt Chart - View a tasks over time in a bar chart format.
Kanban - View tasks as cards on a Kanban board.
Calendar - View task start date and due date on a calendar.
TermSheet will remember what Task List display option was last chosen and open any other Task Lists with that display type.

Leverage Deal Level Tasks to manage deal-specific processes like underwriting tasks or due diligence tasks.
Manage Global Tasks from Company Level Tasks to track to-do's that are not associated with any specific deal.
View Aggregated Tasks from Company Level Tasks which compiles a list of open task items from across the account.
