🔒 Permissions:
Admin and Standard Roles can access Task Roles and Task Templates in Settings by default.
To manage Task Roles on Deals or Properties, a user must have a role that grants access to deal task settings or property task settings. Admin and Standard Roles can access task settings by default.
💡 Things to Consider
Task Roles must be added before they can be applied to Task Templates.
The user assigned to the Task Role can be changed at any time, as needed. If the user assigned to the Task Role is changed, all task items that do not have a status of "Complete" will be updated to the new Task Role assignee.
Task Roles are not applied retroactively. Once Task Roles are set up in a Task Template, they will populate for new Task Lists created from the template moving forward. Existing Task Lists will not be affected.
