Why can't I access TermSheet?

Troubleshooting help for access issues.

Users must first be invited into a workspace and setup login credentials to access a workspace. Roles and permissions grant access to spaces and actions within the workspace.

 

I forgot my password

To reset your password, select "Forgot Password" from the login page. 

  1. Select "Forgot Password"2023-12-27_08-45-32
  2. Enter the email address you use to access TermSheet, then select "Send Reset Link"2023-12-27_08-46-35
  3. Check your email. A password reset link will be sent to the email you entered if we have a record of your email address in the system. If an email was entered that is not associated with an existing user, an email will not be sent. 2023-12-27_08-47-19
  4. Select the link from within the email to be redirected to a reset password page. 
  5. Enter a new password, then confirm the password to proceed. 2023-12-27_08-47-28
  6. Once the password has been reset, you will be redirected to the login screen to enter the email and password login credentials. 

I can't access something

User access is controlled by Roles that have permissions turned on or off to grant or restrict access to actions and spaces of the workspace.

If you are not able to access something that you are seeing in support articles, contact your internal TermSheet admin to review your access level in Permissions.
