Send DocMerge Documents to Docusign

Connect your TermSheet workspace to a DocuSign account to streamline your document workflows—eliminating the need to download and upload a DocMerge document to send files for signature.

💡Things to Consider

To enable your workspace with a Docusign Account, please provide the following: 

Docusign UserID

API Account Id

Account Base URL


 

⚙️ Steps

  1. Go to a Deal or any object record in TermSheet.

  2. Select the ⁝ icon in the upper right hand corner. 

  3. Select "Generate Merged Document". Generate Merged Document

  4. Use the dropdown to select a template. DocMerge Templates are uploaded into the workspace files tool. To learn more about how to create a new template check out the DocMerge Help Article.

  5. Select "Send to DocuSign".

  6. Docusign will open so you can continue the workflow natively in Docusign. Add the recipients and signatures as needed.

  7. Click Generate & Send.

📬 The document will be sent through DocuSign for e-signature. You will receive notifications as usual, via Docusign.
