Connect your TermSheet workspace to a DocuSign account to streamline your document workflows—eliminating the need to download and upload a DocMerge document to send files for signature.
💡Things to Consider
To enable your workspace with a Docusign Account, please provide the following:
Docusign UserID
API Account Id
Account Base URL
⚙️ Steps
- 
Go to a Deal or any object record in TermSheet. 
- 
Select the ⁝ icon in the upper right hand corner. 
- 
Select "Generate Merged Document".  
- 
Use the dropdown to select a template. DocMerge Templates are uploaded into the workspace files tool. To learn more about how to create a new template check out the DocMerge Help Article.  
- 
Select "Send to DocuSign". 
- 
Docusign will open so you can continue the workflow natively in Docusign. Add the recipients and signatures as needed.  
- 
Click Generate & Send. 
📬 The document will be sent through DocuSign for e-signature. You will receive notifications as usual, via Docusign.
