Subtasks can be added to any task item to track and manage any smaller unit of work that is part of a larger task.
Add subtasks to any task item to create a nested list of items that need to be completed in relation to the main task item.
💡Things to Consider
Subtasks are not accessible via Aggregated Task Lists
Users and Task Collaborators who have been assigned as a Task Assignee or a Task Follower will receive notifications when a subtask has been added to a task.
To update the notification settings, Change Notification Settings
⚙️ Steps
- Navigate to any deal task or Global task
- Select any task item from the list.
- In the Task Details pop up, scroll down to Subtasks
- Add a subtask then select the save icon.
- Repeat this process for any additional subtasks.
- To set dates for the subtask, select the start and end date fields from the main list view.
