Daily Scheduled Notifications
Sent at 3:00 AM Eastern Time every night
User gets reminders for all assigned Tasks due the following day
User gets reminders for Deal tasks due the following day
- can be either any task on deals the user has access to or only tasks they are assigned to / follow depending on their notification settings
Instant notifications
When the following changes are made to a task, the assigned user + followers get notifications immediately:
- Task Assigned
- Task Completed
- Task Dates Changed
- Subtask Added
Weekly Scheduled Notifications
Sent at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday
User gets reminders for Deal tasks due that week
- can be either any task on deals the user has access to or only tasks they are assigned to / follow depending on their notification settings
