      How to Access Property Demographic Data

      Learn more about the standard fields available for use in property layouts to track demographic data and school data.

      TermSheet provides a set of read-only fields that can be auto-populated with demographic data and/or school data. 

      💡Things to Consider

      To create separate fields to track demographics or school data on a property manually, we recommend creating custom fields. 

      Add or Edit Custom Fields 

      When new properties are added, the demo and school data are gathered in the background which can take around one minute.

      Some property demographic data/school data is unavailable through our third party data source. If a field is blank and the data integration is enabled, the data for that property is unavailable.

      ⚙️Steps

      To start using this data provided by TermSheet in these fields, follow the steps listed below:
      1. Contact support@termsheet.com to have the data integration enabled. (please specify if you would like to have access to demographic data, school data, or both. 
      2. Add the demographics/school data fields to property layouts. (See below for a list of demographic and school data fields)
        We recommend creating a new tab to house the demographic and school data.
        Add a table panel to organize the demographics fields.
