When are the automated notifications sent from TermSheet?

Automated messages from TermSheet are sent from info@termsheet.com 

Daily Scheduled Notifications

Sent at 3:00 AM Eastern Time every night

User gets reminders for all assigned Tasks due the following day
User gets reminders for Deal tasks due the following day

  • can be either any task on deals the user has access to or only tasks they are assigned to / follow depending on their notification settings

Instant notifications

When the following changes are made to a task, the assigned user + followers get notifications immediately:

  • Task Assigned
  • Task Completed
  • Task Dates Changed
  • Subtask Added

Weekly Scheduled Notifications

Sent at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday
User gets reminders for Deal tasks due that week

  • can be either any task on deals the user has access to or only tasks they are assigned to / follow depending on their notification settings
