Use the "Generate Merge Document" within any deal to download a version of the slide deck with the deal specific fields entered into the mapped spaces.

💡Things to Consider
TermSheet DocMerge for Word uses the standard Mail Merge functionality. (DocMerge)
However, since PPT does not have a native Mail Merge functionality, TermSheet is simply searching the document for fields formatted as <<=field>>

⚙️ Steps
Map Fields
- Within the PowerPoint deck, find places where TermSheet data should be entered.
- Enter the following into the space where the TermSheet data should be entered in the following format:
<<=field>>
- When entering a field name, use the Deal Name (not the Deal Label)
- To generate the document, navigate to any deal. Select the ⁝ menu icon, then select "Generate Merge Document"
- The download will begin immediately and the mapped fields will be replaced with the deal specific data.
Map Images
Mapping Images into PPT DocMerge requires a "Related To File" field type.
The "Allowed Type" can be either "Any" or "Image". However to pull the image into the PPT a .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .webp must be uploaded into the field. 
- Upload an image to a field in a supported format: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .webp
- In the PPT, add a rectangle shape to the space you want to apply the image.
- Double click into the shape to add text within the shape. Enter the TermSheet field name formatted as <<=cf_field_name>>.
- Save the file locally to the device.
- Upload the file to TermSheet workspace files. Once uploaded it is available for use.
