CRM Engagement Dropdowns are managed in the Dropdowns section of Settings.
Add, hide, and customize dropdown options for default TermSheet fields Call Outcome, Meeting Outcome, Activity Type, and Social Media.
🔒 Permissions
Admin Roles have access to Dropdowns in Settings by default.
💡 Things to Consider
Dropdown options cannot be deleted but can be edited and hidden as needed.
⚙️ Steps
Manage Call Outcome Dropdown Options
- Add new Call Outcome options using the "New Value" field. Enter the new Call Outcome option then select the + icon.
- The new Call Outcome will be added on the top of the list
- Drag and drop to reorder the options as the appear in a list.
- Select the eye icon to hide options as needed.
Manage Meeting Outcome Dropdown Options
- Add new Meeting Outcome options using the "New Value" field. Enter the new Meeting Outcome option then select the + icon.
- The new Meeting Outcome will be added on the top of the list
- Drag and drop to reorder the options as the appear in a list.
- Select the eye icon to hide options as needed.

- Add new Activity Type options using the "New Value" field. Enter the new Meeting Outcome option then select the + icon.

- Add new Social Media Sources options using the "New Value" field. Enter the new Social Media Sources option then select the + icon.
