TermSheet provides a set of read-only fields that can be auto-populated with demographic data and/or school data.
🔒Permissions
Users with an Admin role can access the demographic/school data fields in settings, add the fields to layouts, and request the data integration to be enabled.
💡Things to Consider
On the deal, the demographic and school data values will be an average of the values from each property.
Averages will be recalculated when properties are added or removed.
Averages are be calculated for the direct, property-owning deal. If a portfolio of deals has child deals with properties, those child deals will show the averages. The portfolio will not average the child projects' properties.

To start using this data provided by TermSheet in these fields, follow the steps listed below:
- Contact support@termsheet.com to have the data integration enabled. (please specify if you would like to have access to demographic data, school data, or both.
- Add the demographics/school data fields to deal layouts. (See below for a list of demographic and school data fields)
We recommend creating a new tab to house the demographic and school data.
Add a table panel to organize the demographics fields.
