Edit the 'Add Item' form to add or remove fields that are available when new items are added to custom objects.
Selecting "Add" within any custom object allows users to add new items to the custom object. When custom fields are added, by default, they are added to this form. Fields can be removed or reordered to the 'add item' form to help simplify the process of adding new items to the custom object.

Any role can edit the add item form by default.
Custom Objects access is not restricted by permissions.

Any new custom fields will be added to the form by default.
⚙️Steps
- Navigate to the Custom Object by selecting "More" from the header.
- Select the "Add" button.
- Select the pencil icon to edit the form.
- Select the icons to the right of the field to remove fields from the form.
- Select the plus icon next to the bottom field to add a new field to the form.
- Use the dropdown to select a custom field then, select the checkmark to save the field to the form.
- To save the changes made to the add item form, select the checkmark at the top of the form.
