View analytics and insights around your own proprietary data and third party data.
The Deal Level Insights tab grants users access to TermSheet's third party data sourcing so that deals can be evaluated against current market conditions. Some of the third party data that is pulled in to the insights tab includes:
Property related data from registered public documents including transactions and mortgages nationwide
Tax data related to properties, parcel characteristics, amenities, deeds, zoning, valuation, taxation, and ownership
Owner/LLC unmasking to uncover the true owners of properties, especially when there is an LLC involved
USA dataset which pulls in lot, building, and unit level characteristics and layers in demographic data and school information.
Boundary information for zip code, school, neighborhood for each parcel.
Analytics can also be accessed in the Deal Insights menu. If time series data is being mapped from Excel, it will appear here.
