Add or Edit CRM Layout Templates

Customize a Layout Template for Contact and Company records.

In TermSheet, Layouts refer to the grouping of the fields that make up the Overview tab within a contact or company record. Layouts grant teams the flexibility to manage the ordering of the fields to make it easy for end users to enter data.

💡Things to Consider

Currently, there can only be one layout for contacts and one layout for companies. Multiple layouts cannot be configured. 

⚙️Steps

  1. Select the ⁝ icon, then select "Edit Layout"CRM layout Edit
  2. Rename the panel (optional)CRM Layout - Edit Panel Title
  3. Use the plus icons to add fields in line or add fields to a new line.CRM Layout Add Fields
  4. Fields can be dragged and dropped the desired location.CRM Layout - Drag and Drop
  5. Select the save icon to save the CRM layout.CRM Layout - Save
  6. To rename the layout (optional) navigate to Settings (gear icon) and then select "Dropdowns". Layout Dropdowns
