Customize a Layout Template for Contact and Company records.
In TermSheet, Layouts refer to the grouping of the fields that make up the Overview tab within a contact or company record. Layouts grant teams the flexibility to manage the ordering of the fields to make it easy for end users to enter data.
💡Things to Consider
Currently, there can only be one layout for contacts and one layout for companies. Multiple layouts cannot be configured.
⚙️Steps
- Select the ⁝ icon, then select "Edit Layout"
- Rename the panel (optional)
- Use the plus icons to add fields in line or add fields to a new line.
- Fields can be dragged and dropped the desired location.
- Select the save icon to save the CRM layout.
- To rename the layout (optional) navigate to Settings (gear icon) and then select "Dropdowns".
