The Offer Panel within TermSheet Deals provides a space for users to manage offers and counteroffers. Now, admin users can add custom fields to Offers to capture the data points that matter most.
💡 Things to Consider
Custom fields must first be added to the "Offer Fields" in Settings before they can be applied to the Offers Panel. 
Offer Panels are deal layout-specific. This means that if an offer panel is edited in one deal, the changes will apply to all deals with that same layout applied.
⚙️ Steps
- Select the + icon in an offers panel to get started.
- Select "Edit Field" in the lower left hand corner of the window.
- Select "New Field"
- Select the dropdown that appears at the bottom of the form.
- Select the custom field from the dropdown
- Select the + icon to add the field to the form. Use the trashcan icon to remove fields from the form.
- Once all the fields have been added, select save to save the new form.
