Create deals without having to move between modules to save your team time and clicks.
Streamline user workflows by creating deals or portfolios straight from the CRM, creating an association between the deal and the company.
💡Things to Consider
To add a deal from a company record, there must be at least one "Related To - Company" deal field created.
⚙️Steps
- Navigate to any company record.
- Select the + icon in the "Deals" panel.
- Use the dropdown to select a View that the new deal should be added to.
- Use the dropdown to select the field that will associate the deal to this company. If there is no "Related To - Company" field existing in the deal fields, the user will be prompted to create one on the fly.
- Select Next.
- Enter the deal details.
- Select Save, then make a selection from the dropdown to create a single deal or create a portfolio of child deals.
Single Deal - This will create one deal. If multiple assets were included, they will be added as "properties"
Portfolio - This will create a single parent deal with child deal(s). Only use this if multiple assets are included and should be considered their own "deals" in the workspace. - To view the association between a company, the "Related To- Company" field should be added to the deal layout.
