Create views to save lists of filtered contacts or companies.
Contact and Company Views allow users to save filters that the are using most often.
Some examples of use cases for CRM Views:
- Create Contact Views that filter contacts by their birthday to keep up with relationship building.
- Create Company Views to display a list of companies the team is actively working with.

Filter criteria include any standard or custom fields so that teams can create views around any metric being tracked.
⚙️Steps
- Navigate to the CRM tab, then to the contacts list or the companies list.
- Select the + to add a new saved view.
- Enter a name for the view and select save.
- Select the Fields button to add or remove fields as columns to the view.
- Select the Filters button to start adding filters.
- Set the filter criteria and select apply.
- Views can be updated at any time by adjusting the fields and filters.
- Select 'Save' anytime changes are made that should apply to workspace-wide. If save is not selected, the changes will not stick when the user navigates away from the page.
