Create views to save lists of filtered contacts or companies.
Contact and Company Views allow users to save filters that the are using most often.
Some examples of use cases for CRM Views:
- Create Contact Views that filter contacts by their birthday to keep up with relationship building.
- Create Company Views to display a list of companies the team is actively working with.
🔒Permissions
Admin and Standard Roles can access all contacts and companies by default.
Any user that has access to the CRM can add a contact or company view.
💡Things to Consider
Contact and Company Views are listed in alphabetical order and cannot be reordered at this time.
Views cannot be removed at this time.
Filter criteria include any standard or custom fields so that teams can create views around any metric being tracked.
⚙️Steps
- Navigate to the CRM tab, then to the contacts list or the companies list.
- Select "Add View"
- Enter a name for the view and select save.
- Expand the search bar to expose the filters.
- Set the filter criteria and select run to preview.
- Expand the filters again and select save once the filters are set as desired for the saved view.
- Views can be updated at any time by adjusting the filters.
